My grandpa is sixty-six years old. On his birthday， we had a big family get-together.
In the morning， all the family members came back. We cooked noodles for Grandpa. Having noodles means having a long life in China. Then we did some shopping. We bought a lot of food and a big birthday cake. My uncle was good at cooking so he made the dinner for the family. I was his little helper. I washed vegetables， cut the green onions and made the table.
The dinner was ready. After we sat down at the table， we raised our glasses and said “Happy birthday！” to Grandpa. I also said， “Have a happy long life and keep healthy， Grandpa.” My grandpa was very happy. My father took a lot of photos. We laughed and talked happily when we were enjoying the dinner.
In the afternoon， we went to the park. My grandpa likes boating very much. We went boating for the whole afternoon. My grandpa had a nice time on his birthday.
